I went in to have professional photos taken for my business card. The gal running the center, Anna, was very nice and professional. However, they were overbooked and it took over an hour and a half. Well Anna did a great job, I question the Management's ability to run their Studio. Also my photos did not turn out very well given the color of the shirt I was wearing. Don't wear red, it shows up orange. Probably will not be returning, at least not to this location. I would have been 1 star if Anna had not been so nice.

We haven't been to JCPenney in a while but that we would go while we were traveling a little bit today. They have some cute things the prices definitely aren't great. I would say the prices compared to Kohl's but maybe even a little more expensive. They had a clearance spot with different sizes of clothes, but the signs were unclear if you were able to take more off of the price or not. Plus the store was a mess! Especially the clearance section. It also took us a very long time to check out they did not have enough checkers.

My mother and I were in there today to return a dress that my daughter her granddaughter got her for a wedding December.. my mother became ill so she was unable to go to the wedding.. she went today to go return the dress.. the lady downstairs we did not get her name on fortunately told my mother she will give her $10 for the dress. My mother told her my daughter paid more than $10 for the dress and the lady downstairs as well she probably only paid $10 for the dress... without even looking the price up for the dress... so that point the lady told us go upstairs see if my mom could find address for $10 for her refund. We proceeded upstairs spoke to another lady which was very helpful I did not get her name she did a great job with her customer service skills.. while we were upstairs my mother found the same dress same color and we took it downstairs to the lady that work downstairs to show her the price... all that happened was her mouth was wide open cuz we prove to her how much the dress was worth it wasn't $10... it was $28.. we weren't concerned about the difference of the price of the dress we are more concerned about how that customer service rep handled the situation. The lady downstairs also ask my mother for my daughter's telephone number so she can confirm that she bought the dress there!! To me that was discrimination that should not have even happened.. so I recommend nobody to go shopping over there anymore.. and that was done today January 23rd 2018 in the morning before 12

Utter garbage. I ordered a watch online and was suppose to receive it in a week. After a week it was still preparing shipment. I went in to the store I was having it shipped to and they told me it was out of stock. I decided to cancel the order and buy watch else where. Here we are a month and a half later and my account was charged and the watch came in. Now I'm stuck with an extra $250 watch I don't need. For a retail store JCPenny operates a lot more like a casino. Purchase at your own risk.

I am giving this store a one only because I cannot give it to zero. After placing an online order to pick up in store I went in to the store hoping to run in and out. The only register for online orderi pick up was closed. There was nobody to be found anywhere around. Mind you it was only 7:15 PM.I finally managed to grab somebody who is trying to leave on their break. She was unable to help me but finally found two people who supposedly could. One employee went back and got my order. But forgot half my order. It would’ve been a lot faster had I walked into the store and just made the purchases on my own. The whole purpose of buy online and pick up in store is so your whole process is expedited and that was a gigantic failure at the store. What a waste of time I am very disappointed in the customer service
