This is the story of not getting an item but still being a happy customer! There was a particular item I wanted to purchase at the local Costco and they sold out, after calling other Costco warehouse's in the area it was determined that pretty much the item was sold out everywhere. However, the manager I spoke to (Cory) was incredibly helpful and helped me check other locations over the phone and was in general a great help. So no desk but hats off to a great Costco experience because of Cory.

The place was packed at 4pm. Massive waiting lines. Everyone was still courteous and patient. More staff might have helped. Everything was in stock that I needed. The price of eggs nearly doubled from last week. I don't know what caused that. Checkout staff will ring up separate receipts for business and personal stuff. They will even fill out the forms for you to sign. The Superior store will not do that for some weird reason. Thornton is my preferred store.

A great Costco. The staff is helpful and friendly. The lines are hit or miss. Some days it's a breeze, others purgatory. The stock is hit or miss for specialty stuff. But the bulk Common items you'll always find in stock. The management loves when you talk to them about items you would like to have or improvements as well.

The staff is usually very good. The quality could be hit or miss. Their organic selection is very good. Non organic could be poor. The clothes and some of the items are I think rejects that brands couldn't sell and sold to Costco at discount. Seasonal stuff is great. Electronics and support of great value as well.

Love Costco. And had lots of help on Saturday from the lovely lady at the jewelry countet who helped me pick out a watch for my son's 21st birthday!!!!
