I worked at this Kohls store for a little over a year and overall I was very happy to have worked here. All of the managers here are wonderful people willing to help out their customers with anything. They were always looking for ways to improve their customer service and by the time I left they were getting customers filling out their surveys on their receipts left and right! The store was always kept tidy and well taken care of. If I ever had a friend looking for a good place to work in retail it would definitely be this store!

Great store when it comes to cleanliness, selection, organization, and appearance. This store is definitely fun to walk through and browse all the wide selection they have I guarantee anyone in the world can go and find something they like at this location. The things that I did not like were staff attitude, and the way they label customers as soon as they walk in. I was here shopping and had people following me around watching me thinking I was the type of person that would steal their merchandise or cause trouble. Well I did not do anything like that or have the intentions of doing anything like that. As a matter of fact I still picked out a few things and bought them despite the poor attitude and judgement I got from some of the employees. I hope they read this and rethink the way they automatically label people who enter the store. I also really hope that kind of thinking isn't taught and enforced by the company cause if it is I'll never step foot in there again.

Love this location, especially compared to the aurora ones! The staff are nice and always helpful. And the new carts are nice as well as the check out set up.

Pretty much the same stuff at every Kohl's. I did buy my son a pair of Nikes and the exact same pair was $25 cheaper at JC Penny. I find Kohl's to be pretty expensive for brand name items. At least they have a good return policy. Seems like before putting stuff on sale, they hike up the prices. But I have found some really good deals once in awhile, not very often.
