What a terrible  store and a terrible manager!!  I stood in what I thought was the line for over 15 minutes, one of the cashiers who looked up at me a bunch of times waited until I was about to walk up to the register finally told me "sorry sir, but the line starts back there." I've never been to this stupid store in My life and there's absolutely no sign that says line starts here. I Am filing a formal complaint against the store for not specifying where the line starts and the cashier, which also happens to be the manager for blantatly waiting until I got up to the register to tell me where the line started.  Next time make sure you are paying more attention to your paying customers instead of just seeing dollar signs.

I recently applied for a full time position at the Buckle. I am qualified as I have worked in retail before, I have demonstrated outstanding customer service in all my employments, and I am available anytime/anyday...including holidays. My recent employer was not even contacted or my references. I was judged based on my appearance. The store has no diversity in their employers and i happen to be bi-racial. I am very disappointed and plan to go all the way up the ladder to corporate.
