I Love this place. They made a new shopper out of me. They are always clean and very helpful. They always give me the fairest prices for things that I have them buy. I do flee markets and I would never get the amount back that they offer. I go there every week to see what's new! I have bought several outfits that people are saying where did you get your clothes, shoes or purse! And such good prices!

By far the best place to let my girlfriend go shopping at(wallet friendly)!!  I have even found golf shirts and pants there for an amazing price! Not to mention the employees are always very nice and helpful and the store is super organized and clean.

My daughters, Sara and Alex, and I have had a great experience in this store!  We have shopped there for several years.  It is always clean and organized.  I rarely have to wait very long if I am dropping off clothes.  I highly recommend checking it out!

My recent experience with Plato's Closet Cranberry was very negative. As a sales associate and certified buyer of another Plato's Closet, I can safely say that Cranberry's store is of very poor quality. 

I was horrified to see American Eagle jeans from 2009-2011 still at full price and purchased recently (you can tell on the tag), messy and un-straightened racks, mature, non-teen, and old styles from Banana Republic, J. Crew, etc. and staining and rips in a good portion of the clothes. 

The customer service was poor as well. I was trained to always greet people when they come into the store, yet the sales associate at the counter did nothing as I walked in. She even made eye contact with me, but still neglected to say hello ... however, when a person who was looking to sell their clothes to the store walked in, she immediately greeted them with the common, "Hi, are you looking to sell with us today?". However, as soon as she recited that line and the girl selling the clothes asked what to do with her bin/bag, the sales associate said, very rudely, "Set it on the counter. Sign in." She didn't even offer to help the woman with her items, then just went back to doing nothing standing at the register. She wasn't sorting clothing, wasn't checking out anyone, nothing. At least use some of your most basic customer service with the poor woman - ask her if she's sold before, tell her the wait time, advertise any sales you have, tell her if she needs any help she can always ask ... anything but stand there without a care.

After looking around in an attempt to find some moderately decent items to try on, I ended up with an overpriced pair of flats, a sheer Charlotte Russe shirt, and a One Clothing dress. However, I was so disappointed that I had not found more and negatively influenced by the poor customer service that I decided to not try on anything.

I would not recommend this store to anyone who is actually looking for the things a GOOD Plato's Closet would sell - which is gently used, hip styles from teen/juniors brands, with dates up to a year to year and a half in the past.
