I have been a loyal customer of Clothes Mentor since they opened. They have every brand name that matters to a woman -from Michael Kors to White House Black Market. All of these clothes are a quarter of the cost compared to what they are new! Some still have tags on them and have never been worn! The best part is that everything is extremely modern and stylish. Every time I have a convention or a big event, I go to Clothes Mentor. I can't even think about how much I've saved. I actually stopped going to the mall altogether! They have a wonderful line of shapewear clothing called Ruby Ribbon too. I wear them almost every day because I look 10 pounds lighter and they're very comfortable! The jewelry is discounted down to a quarter of the price of new also! I'm addicted to Clothes Mentor! You have to go! You seriously won't need to go anywhere else. It's amazing and I'm so happy I found them!

The store had lots of great clothes when it opened, but the selection and variety of brands has declined. This store is closing in April 2017.

Absolutely horrible experience! Took brand new, Ralph Lauren shoes, J crew rain-boots, sweater, wool slacks, new necklaces, scarves, etc! We returned to be given back EVERY single item that we had brought in saying "our inventory is just too full right now" and it's not what we are looking for!  As our consolation prize I received a $5 coupon for the store! I should have given it back but I left with my dignity! I would not recommend this place to anyone! But they did, however, have greatly used loafers for sale for $27.50. Apparently that's what they are looking for! They like high end, I had a dress that was over $400, tags on, never worn but it just wasn't for them!! So I hope I can save someone's time as I called before I went and their inventory was not "too full." I'd give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not an option!!!!!!

I left my clothes there for 1.5 hours was told they were too loved and out of style.  Took them to another shop and was told what great shape they were in.  They did not bother to look at my garmets.  I was treated very rudely.

I just visited this Wexford, PA location today and had a terrible experience--one that mirrors Chelsea Matis's experience listed on their Facebook page this past October.

At the store today I was greeted upon entering and quickly notified of the Red Dot and Blue Dot clearance sale stickers. In making my selections, I came across a winter coat with a Blue Dot. Taking it to the counter, I asked for confirmation of the sale price and indicated I would like to purchase it. The sales person said that she didn't think they could sell the coat for the sale price because coats were on sale this past weekend for 50% off and they forgot to remove the Blue Dot from the tag. She then telephoned the store manager who also said that they couldn't let the coat be sold for the $5 sale price because it was mislabeled. The best price on the coat would be 30% off. In my opinion this is definitely poor customer service. At the very minimum I feel the Blue Dot price of $5 on my purchase should have been honored. The store should have accepted THEIR error and following my purchase, promptly removed all the Blue Dots from ALL of the other coats on the rack. Heck, they didn't even offer the 50% off sale price from Sunday, (today is Tuesday)--two days those dots remained on the coats. Given this is the end of winter and all stores are discounting their winter merchandise heavily to clear stock, the 30% discount offered was a real insult to me. This store has lost a loyal customer and I plan to make sure that all my friends on social media and locally know about their sales practices. This place use to be a favorite of mine to shop but not anymore. Thumbs Down Clothes Mentor!
