I had a return that was an online order.  The merchandise was fine but I wanted a different size.  The customer service department in store very nicely accepted and credited the purchase.  When I told her what I was looking for she immediately directed me to the exact area for my purchase.  Great service!   JC Penney is Soooo needed.  Thanks for being here.

Purchased frig, stove, and dishwasher. We were never told the dishwasher would not be installed. Only the stove and refrigerator. On top of that, two weeks later they offer a $700 visa card for multiple appliance purchase. I think we should have been told of the up coming promotion.  I see why store is having problems. I think they have lost me as a customer.

We went to the suit department to get sized for a suit and after asking for help 3 different times, still NO ONE came to help, sad service. Anyone covering the clothing area should know how to do this

Last time I was there I found the womens clothing section too crammed with racks to easily get through, the store was too warm, and I gave up and left. Used to like Penneys, but have not been back yet.
