Leaves on time..plenty of leg room and seats are comfortable. I have taken Peter pan many times and never had an issue. Love the new buses, keep up the good work guys.

I bought a one way ticket from Boston to Providence. When I board my bus the ticket's not working. The driver tells me to get on anyway. As we leave the driver is listing all his stops. I don't hear Providence being mentioned. I ask him if he's going to Providence RI ? No the Cape he replies ! So, on the side of I-95 we flag down the Providence bus. I switch buses but never again !

The lady at the counter was great. I bought some tickets through the greyhound app. Annoying thing is tickets have to be printed so I opted for will call tickets to be picked up at the counter. But it asked that tickets could only be picked up an HOUR before, which seems crazy and made me nervous since my concord bus from Maine was expected arrived exactly an hour before. Well turns out the traffic and Concords endless stops at each terminal at the Boston airport, we arrived FIVE minutes before the Peter Pan departure time. I ran to the counter to see what I could do, if I can still make the bus or change tickets (which looked like they were sold out on the site). The lady at the counter told my boyfriend to tell the bus driver t wait for us while she printed the tickets and we were able to make the bus exactly before departure. The driver also made an announcement that Peter Pan and greyhound will no longer be working together in the next week and that meant upgrades such as no longer having to print tickets out and using just the app which would have been great for future trips. Downside, my seat did not seem to have any seat belts and bus seemed kind of old

Endured an endless stream of loud verbal abuse from a driver after I asked him to open a compartment my bike was in. He had opened all the passenger-side compartments except the one my bike was in, and when I reminded him my bike was in an unopened compartment, he shouted at me that he "knew" my bike was there and I had to wait for him, and then continued to rant on and on about how rude I was, yadda yadda - I asked him *several* times, "Are you done shouting at me?" "NO!" was his reply, and he continued his rant. This was after he had forced me to load my bike into the smallest compartment (there was plenty of room in others), questioned why my ticket didn't say "bike" on it (there's no such ticket, Peter Pan doesn't charge for bikes), and acted like he was being incredibly inconvenienced - despite not having to lift a finger. All he did was stand there and watch me load my bike in. Also: Peter Pan's fares are gross false advertising. They level ~$6 in "booking fees", which in some case doubles the cost of the ticket, and makes paying online significantly more expensive than paying at the bus in cash. Who charges $6 to book a ticket ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE?

Missed my bus by two seconds (literally saw it leave) and they insisted on charging me for another ticket for another time. Never taking this service again.
