Drove 4 hours from Eastern Oregon to deal with Pat the new GM who I have done business with for years down here. As usual he took great care of me and I literally had to show up, sign and head out. Great truck, great value and everything as described on website and over phone. Finance guy Fry was awesome too. Great experience. Thanks again Pat.

This dealership is a joke! Was trying to purchase a new truck, what a painful unpleasant process. Believe the rumors they are terrible to work with. Tried to work with the salesmen over the phone and email, they were less than unresponsive. After my following up, gave me the run around on price. Then we almost come agreed upon price and tries to back track back around that the out the door price of the truck included my trade! What a scammer! Ray the sales manager then tried to tell me I was wrong. Well I don't know why would be negotiating to buy a truck that would be above the original list price of the truck. Buyer beware these people just play games and waste your time!

Truly the most hassle free experience! Every time I need an oil change Ford of Moses Lake takes great care of me! The Clary Care program is such a great deal!! Tianna Truman was amazing to deal with! Thank You!!

******Update 10/18/2017*****************
The service department manager made good on my problem. After a lengthy phone call from him to me I got my grievances resolved. He went over and above what I expected him to do to resolve my problem and I appreciate it. Because of this action on his part I am updating my review to a four star from a one star.

  Called for a quote for a key for my truck. They said $104 and no appointment needed, drove over and got quoted $208, they said whoever I talked to was wrong. I said ok, let's do it. I go to pay and they charged me $398. I talked them down to $264, I will never ever subject myself to that kind of dishonesty at this dealership again. Ever. I now drive over an hour to another dealership to get my truck worked on. Do yourself a favor and take a drive, they also mark up parts about 20% more then any other Ford dealers. Call around. Even with a round trip of 2.5 hours to go to another dealership to get my truck fixed I still save money.
10/28/17 sent them my contact information, we'll see if I get a call/email, if i do I'll update my review
11/3/17 Still haven't heard from them.
11/12/17 Still have not heard from them.
12/14/17 got a call from the service department manager. He wants to make this right, I will update my review as I told him I would, he has offered me a refund for the difference from what I would have paid.
