I was recently in just looking around, I can admit that the service wasn't perfect but compared to the first time I was in when the old manager was here. It was nice to actually get helped. I would recommend stopping by now. The new employees will do their best to get you what you need.

Terrible service. Ordered a flatbed and was told 6-8 weeks showed up 13 weeks later.  Would not recommend doing  business here.

I was sold a trailer that was to be a 2016 and when I went to insure it found out it was a 2015. The sales person Jim tried to blame it on the yard guy, calling him an idiot. I asked him what he was going to do to make it right and he told me that there's no difference between the years, trailers only depreciate every 2 years not every year like cars. I also contacted the main business and got no response. They also forgot to do their paperwork so I was unable to use this trailer for a week, until the plates came. Thanks for bad customer service and your lies. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything.

The bottom of the barrel employee is very friendly, but the manager  -Jim and owner Jim Fine, are RUDE and don't honor their ads on craigslist. We went there to buy a trailer listed on craigslist for 1299, and were told several times the ad was wrong, but they could see clearly online the ad was there for the afore mentioned price. The manager Jim would not budge and was rude with me and my husband, the owner Jim Fine was just as bad, because he hung up on his site manager..! They should verify their online adds before letting them go on the web for all to see and be MISLED...!
