Just bought our second car from Bud Clary and we are just as happy this time around as we were the first! We bought the car on a Sunday so limited banks were open but we found not one but two that would give us a loan! We were contacted by Jenny the following Wednesday that another bank was offering us an even better deal so we were able to rewrite the contract which cut our interest rate in half and saved us over $2000! We worked with 2 different salesmen - Jordan on Saturday while we were just shopping around and then Mike on Sunday when we actually drove the new car home. Both salesmen were new to their jobs but both were very professional and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend either of them to anyone thinking of buying a car! All in all another great experience at Bud Clary!

Me and my fiancé both just got brand new cars !!! Thanks to bud clary and there excellent team !!!Adrianna,who helped me with mine was very nice and going into detail on everything thing about all cars and all my opinions I’m so thankful ,as well as zak helped my fiancé in getting her into the perfect Jeep for her,as well as management they were super nice and caring helping to get the cars we wanted !!they were truly amazing staying after hours and helping us get all the information we needed about our cars !! It was great experience!! Thank you bud clary if Moses lake !!!

Was visiting Othello on a hunting trip and my 6 month old 2017 Ram 3500’s check engine light came on. An error message came up stating “exhaust system need service see dealer”. Since I was 250 miles from home and 500 miles away from where I bought it I called Bud Clary to get in to check my truck. The person in the service department told me to drive the truck at highway speeds for 1 hour plus to burn out the buildup and if that didn’t work to bring it in. I did that and was still getting the error message so I went into the shop at 3:30pm. They wouldn’t even look at my truck or even try to read the error. They we completely unhelpful as I was stressed on how we were going to make it to my guided hunt at 5am the next morning or how I would get my truck home to get fixed by a helpful shop. They even suggested if it breaks down along side the road I can just have it towed. I called the dealership where I bought it (Dick’s Country Dodge) and they talked me through on the phone what to do and he said that if I could bring my truck in they could do a stand still regen on my truck and that they should be able to do that there. They even said I should have been offered a loaner since my truck is still under warranty (6 months old). Very disappointed that Bud Clary didn’t help me because I didn’t buy my truck from them.

Spent a whole week working with a Sales rep Raymond on trying to setup a new truck. Found one and said that we had it locked in for a Saturday deal. I tried responding to him via phone, email, Voicemail and he never responded back. I tried calling 3 times today (Friday) and was transferred 6 times, put on hold 10 times and hung up on twice only to find out they sold the truck yesterday... Absolutely horrific customer service and will plan on NEVER doing business with Bud Clary again.

Good service, staff was super friendly. The original scheduling calls for my recall were a bit excessive. (Pretty much everyday until I could actually figure out a day I could go) They did try to up-sell me on other service which was way overpriced. Overall good experience. Will go here again for what I would consider dealer special repairs but probably stick with my usual mechanics for general repairs.
