I have tried several times and also NEVER found them to be open during their business hours. I went to the sales office and nobody was there. Also, drove around and couldn't find a "back" entrance. We have to buy online or go somewhere else. VERY frustrating. Do you even sell parts - we never know because there has never been anyone there.

Wow one star for not being able to find a door? Yikes. This business has worked hard to save plenty of trips for me. It’s winter. It’s slow. So what if they aren’t wanting to shell out money to pay employees to do nothing. I mean come on most rv places close down in the winter!  But if your willing to put a small local owned business at a one star because of your incompetence, i guess I can only write this and hope that  no one will take the previous review ⬇️Seriously. These guys are great. They know there stuff pretty damn well and arent looking to break your wallet. Unlike every other rv repair across country. In fact Chris is the one to FIX all the issues that prior repair shops caused! Wouldn’t take my motorhome to anyone else.

The owner is nice and I want to keep my money local but it's hard to do when they are not open during thier advertised hours. Even worse when I call first then use my lunch break to go there only to find no one around. I just confirmed they were open 15 min ago. So frustrating, I have no choice but to buy online from now on ...

Honest and sincere good work and good prices. N they are not money-hungry like some of the big dealers in Tri-City Washington. I also recommend to be patient because they are very busy and doing quality work😃

We just had an awesome experience with this company! The owner took care of us personally when our RV broke down the first day of our vacation. We can't thank them enough. He really went above and beyond! Please use this business.
