I never had a problem with them until they switched over from home smart.. they’ll be late for a pickup than pin it at you that you weren’t there. Always late for deliveries and jacking prices up. Unauthorized charges on cards and super rude staff. I called in to come take my card off file so it would stop happening and they told me to come in to sign to have it taken off, I went in the next day and they “Couldn’t take my card off file”. To top it off, while I was in there I saw a roach bug on the counter. Lord knows what’s in the furniture.

I told them that I was paying $65 , butt b4 I could give them the OK .She kept putting me on hold . So hung the phone up and then back . She hung up on me .When I looked at my bank statement from my phone .She took $167 off my account without my permission . They r a bunch of crooks. I liked the place better when was still home smart . A complete waste of time .U end up paying triple for whatever u get

I went in trying to buy a bed for my new apt from them , and they was automatic rude and unprofessional. I don't think I'm going to stay with them long, it was just a last minute thing for me. Do not waste your time and money with them!! I see why they business is slow

They are unprofessional and rude. They harass people and can never be on time but want their payment on time. Never come fix anything. Do not do business with them
