Story

Sam Mitchell, owner of Renew-It, has been a LaGrange resident since 2000. He has twenty-five year as experience as home builder and insurance restoration specialist. His elevated experience includes being a Regional Construction Director who managed 11 Home Construction Project Managers in Georgia and Alabama. Sam insured the thorough training of construction field personnel, oversaw all phases of home construction, hired and coordinated all subcontractors, ordered materials and figured job take offs handled all phases and inspections.As an insurance restoration specialist, Sam was a first responder to families in disaster situations and estimator of home restoration jobs. He structured scopes of work, hired and oversaw work of construction trades, purchased materials. He is experienced in working with insurance companies and adjusters such as State Farm (fire claim central) and All State within a multi county area. He is committed to helping customers obtain all deserved funds from their polices.

Renew-it offers customers a unique experience designing their entire renovation in the design center including selecting products such as tile, grantite, marble, cabinets, flooring and more in the showroom. Renew-It then schedules highly crafted subcontractors to the finish the renovation.
