Lagrange Depot piss poor, never have things I need for projects I do, or not enough in stock. Always have to make adjustments and other choices on material needed to do projects. Wind up going to Lowe's in Newnan to purchase supplies. This causes cost of travel time & delays getting job done on time. For Depot to be as large company as they are it sucks. You either take what they have, & make do with it, or like me go out of town to get what you need, or do without. For me Depot is useless.....

They are very friendly and are quick to help you find the exact thing you are looking for. They will ask if you need assistance without you having to look for them. And they know exactly where everything is. They are friendly and all about their customers. I give them a big thumbs up.

Terrible service! I have now special ordered twice from this store and both times they have lost my order. I decided to give them another chance this last order and again they have not only lost my order once but twice. You would think with a special order someone in the store would be responsible for tracking and ensuring customer satisfaction. Nope. We have had to call for updates and go to the store. Then the icing on the cake. They charged my credit card but can't refund me for 3-5 business days. Never again.

There's no place else like Home Depot...I enjoy the service there, good people, each one is specialized in different departments....I often go to Home Depot when I cannot buy local....but then again they, Home Depot, employees are local...
