Salesman was very helpful and considerate of my needs and budget. The problems came when it was time for installation. The crew did not show up for the scheduled appointment. When they finally showed up unannounced one day, the very large employee wore his pants so low his ass was on display the whole day. No one ever apologized for missing the appointment. The store manager never returned my calls or emails. Thoroughly disgusted with this business.

We were so happy with the selection and the price. Their attention to us during the process of deciding what to buy was great. Then it was all down hill after that. My opinion may change if they step up and right their wrongs, but right now I am so unhappy and stressed by their incompetence I could cry. It has been 20 days since we paid them to do the installs. And the longer they go in not calling us or responding to our concerns the more worried I get. We have been living in boxes and furniture helter skelter for over a week because they missed their install date without any advance notice, and will continue as such for much longer because of their incompetence in ordering the materials in a timely manner. We HOPE they will do the install as scheduled in 3 days from now. But since they don't call or call back to tell us ANYTHING, and the only way to confirm with them is to go by their show room in Peachtree City or call the LaGrange Mill store....Who knows if they will follow through on this commitment. We have contacted corporate and they have been unresponsive. The Sales Manager at the LaGrange location shows little concern about their lack of communication, missing of dates, inconvenience placed on us, or in following through on the outcome of the carpet install they have done, which was less than satisfactory. We chose them for hardwood install in a main part of our house and carpeting in one bedroom. We made the colossal mistake of paying in full in advance. After multiple unreturned calls to find out the date they would install, they informed us they wouldn't make the date they had committed to, and refused to do the install two days later when we could be home, we made arrangements for friends and neighbors to be here because in our absence. We decided to check in and confirm arrival time on the Saturday before the Monday install, so we stopped by the Peachtree City show room, only then did we found out they would be doing the install a week later than committed. And then low and behold, the carpet guys show up unannounced on Monday. Thankfully a watchful neighbor was around to call us and to let them in and watch them. And if that workmanship is any indication of what the hardwood will be, I am VERY worried. They scratched the walls, left behind lunch trash, and bits of padding all over. Their local offices could care less and corporate says "we'll look into it". They have said they would call, but NADA yet. We have paid in full and have no recourse it seems.
