Where to start. We’ve never had a great experience here and always drive the extra distance to Home Depot. But when you’re in the middle of a bathroom remodel and run out of wallpaper remover, you make the sacrifice and go 1 mile away instead of 5. I walked in and went to the paint center for wallpaper remover but didn’t find it. When I asked an employee, he said the next aisle over and walked on. Nope. No wallpaper remover there. Back to the paint center. The same employee kept walking by looking busy so I asked the woman behind the counter. Without looking up she said, “aisle 5, behind the curtains”. So I walked a few aisles over and looked neat the curtains. No wallpaper remover. So I literally looked *behind* the curtains, as in, pulled all the curtains back to look on the racks hidden by the drapery. Wallpaper remover. Really, Lowe’s? You already make it so hard to find things, your employees typically aren’t very helpful, and when you have something in stock, it’s hidden. And there was only one brand to pick from. Sigh. Off to Home Depot next time.

Nothing above average about this place. Employees can be seen around and will help but few have gone above and beyond to help me. Only one cashier up front and had to wait five minutes in line because he was trying to figure out a clearance item for the customer ahead of me. Store was clean but they ran out of the complimentary plastic sheets to protect your interior. They usually have it in the garden section and the exit but both were out. Overall the experience is what you would expect at any big box location. Just average for me.

I think I'm being generous with 3 stars, as I have found they have a lot of good things there to purchase despite the poor customer service environment... I've been told exactly where an item wasn't more than a few times without being walked there, just immediately told an aisle location as they quickly run off. Great tactic, lol. I don't know if it's just lack of help when it's busy, low pay or what but there is a definite lack of cheer, lack of project interest, and general malaise in the employees in the store, with the exception of the checkout cashiers who I find pleasant and helpful.

Just walked out after spending nearly an hour and two employees "try" and help find an electric fireplace. The first employee said straight up they didn't have them and the second said I should just order it online and pick it up in the store. I was already at the store tho... So 30 min later second employee brings something totally wrong and says the seven it lists online just are out yet so there is nothing she can do. Tried to call and talk to a manager, turns out they don't have any and when you try the customer service gal snickers at you. Never coming back here.

When things are busy that is the true test of customer service. The store was so busy that no one was around to help. For employees walked past me and others who needed help but we're too busy putting stock away. Ultimately was unable to find the item that I was looking for. The associate who finally did help me was also unable to find the item that I was looking for. His excuse was that he was just too busy to be able to continue looking when the item was not where it should have been. I enjoy shopping at Lowe's when I can find what I need and get out. That is the best experience, not having to deal with their employees. However when you are forced to interact with them, at this location, I would advise you go to a different store.
