Working with Ailsa from Budget Blinds was super easy. Ailsa came to our home for a free consultation, walked us through our choices of blinds, offered her professional opinion and assisted us in choosing the blinds right for us and our home. Ailsa then walked us through the installation process, how to care for our blinds and the warranty of our blinds. This was very helpful and she is very knowledgeable!!! She was able to answer all our questions. She then quickly went through the house and measured, again explaining what she was doing. I was nervous because she was done so quick, but as you will read soon, the installation was perfect. Ailsa allowed us to think about our purchase and did not place any pressure on us. We followed up a couple weeks later and placed our order. Once the order arrived we scheduled our installation and in came Jack. If you want 13 blinds installed in your home before you can say Ontemontopia then Jack is your guy. The blinds were measured perfectly and fit very well. Jack was exceptionally friendly, thorough and efficient during the installation. Overall it was a pleasure working with everyone at Budget Blinds, the process was easy and the product delivered was exactly as expected... well except the room darkening shades. They were EVEN BETTER than expected and darkened the rooms phenomanally!!

Overall I had a very positive experience working with Budget Blind from the start until the finish. The lady who came out to measure and bring samples was totally competent and knowledgeable. The actual installation was super fast and the blinds look and work great. Every appointment was exactly on time, although, I am always flexible. I fine job was done by this company.

Bill and Maegan were very helpful in assisting us to find replacement blinds for our 1921 house. We're happy to find Hunter Douglas blinds of good quality and a close color match. Will refer others to this dhop.
