Wow I didn't expect my day to go like this. Last night my boyfriend had to abandon our car near the 38th st exit, less than 24 hours the city towed our car. When we finally tracked down the lot we were told that there was no one available to release my car right now and that there maybe someone later in the day. The lady on the phone said she was answering remotely so couldn't say what condition it was in, so we decided to go down to the lot and see if it had been hit. My car appeared to be fine and there was two tow trucks parked out front and someone inside the office. So with my toddler and boyfriend we went inside to try and get my car out of impound. What happened next was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a business. We informed the tow truck driver that our car was in impound and we would like to retrieve it. We had spoke with their representative on the phone and she had informed us that there may be a possibility that she could get someone there later today. Then he called us liars and started yelling at us. We sympathized and said I'm sure it's been a long night we've also been up all night but there is apparently a miscommunication between the lady on the phone and the office. He kept talking over us and calling us liars. We started to leave, the man who turned out to be the owner called my boyfriend a punk. My boyfriend told him he needed to calm down and as a representative of a business he should be professional. (His exact words) With my toddler in arms we walked to our truck he followed us and put his hands on my boyfriend. He said "let's go" and chest bumped my boyfriend. My boyfriend said that he wasn't going to fight him in the tow lot in front of his child. He said let's go down the street then. He pushed my boyfriend with his chest and continued to call him names. I couldn't believe this was happening, it was one day of snow and this man obviously should not work in any form of customer service. Needless to say we still have not retrieved my vehicle from the tow yard that day and needed to pay overnight fees. 1 full day somehow equated to 2.5 days of storage, an hour of towing, and other miscellaneous fees all in all cost us over $300 and a lot of headache for parking our vehicle on the shoulder during a snow storm.

What I thought was a dire situation turned out to be a very good experience when the tow truck driver showed up to tow my motor home back to Spanaway, Ron was very knowledgeable about what to do to get the rig ready to be towed. It didn't take long at all for him to pull the drive shaft. He was also very personable. I would recommend Liberty Towing and Ron to anyone no matter what is needed to be towed. Thank you Ron for a very positive experience. If I need a tow again I hope I can request you for my towing needs. Thanks Again, Russ from Spanaway.

I called Liberty Towing when my truck broke down and they arrived within 30 minutes. Got my truck and I to the repair shop in great time - driver was friendly and professional. Thanks for the great service.

As far as I can see with the rest of the reviews my opinion must be pretty spot on. First off if yall are gonna send one of your drivers on to a military installation make sure he or she is a responsible enough person. Today as I was leaving jblm I was almost hit by one of your drivers because he or she was in such a hurry to get in my lane. Ridiculous.
