I just recently got vision added to my insurance plan and found this was close to my home so it's convenient I figured. I called to schedule an appointment and the girl I was on the phone with was very unhelpful and rude. She tried to rush me through trying to find a date and time that would work best for my schedule since I run a business full time and I'm a mom I'm pretty busy. We finally landed on a day at 9:30. I got a automated text a few days later confirming my appointment only it was at 1:30. I know I had not only asked for the morning but reconfirmed before I got off the phone that the appointment was for 9:30. So I called to double check and they claimed it was at 1:30 I repeatedly told them it was confirmed for 9:30 and they didn't seem to care nor did they apologize once for the mistake. I will be rescheduling for another time at a different place for sure! Super rude and don't seem to care about their customers at all!!!!!

Always helpful staff. Very clean. I also love that they are busy every time I've been there... that's how you know they are doing something right.

So, I made an appointment in August of last year, the soonest they could fit me in, for a.simple, return, medication management visit was December.  Whatever, it just has to be before January, no big deal. I go, all good, no worries, right? Wrong. I realize about a week later that I need to talk to my doctor about, to me, a serious matter concerning my meds. Guess what, the " absolute sonnest" they can see me for what could be called.a minor crisis, is March 2nd. I stop taking my mess because they have some scary side effects that I'm concerned about, and they have exhibiting declining effectiveness. So fast forward to today, March 2. I show up about 10 minutes early  try to check in, and am told that "I" "cancelled" my appointment. February 1st "I" called them and cancelled my appointment. Except that I didn't. And my phone history and call log can back me up there. So they offer to try n squeeze me in. Then, after another 10 minutes of my lunch break are gone, a nurse.comes out and says "sorry the doctor wants you to see someone else. Someone who I stopped seeing because I like my original doctor better. And now I am waiting to see the doctor I stopped seeing because I wanted to see the doctor who listened to my concerns, and I can't even get into see this one until almost may. Good thing it's not an "emergency!"

I went somewhere else. Tried to go here but when I called the man that answered wad rude and flamboyant, no thanks.
