Reserved a car online, when I went to pick up the car first of all I couldn't find their location because they don't have a sign on their building! I called their store from my car for more than 20 minutes, no one picked up. When a lady finally picked up she told me we don't have any cars available. Asked why she didn't call me to let me know, she replied she doesn't run the website and had no idea about my reservation. When asked why no one picked up my phone for more than 20 mins she replied she was in washroom and no other staff is on duty. I want some one from upper management to contact me if they read this. AVOID THIS STORE.

Got a great car really fast. The employee was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location

Based on my experience stay away from this car rental place. That store is franchise owned, so they make up theirs own rules as they go. Worst customer service ever and I was threatened by the service rep I would be put on a do not rent list because I was speaking up for myself and calling out on their bullshit. Stick to corporate owned car rental places it's your best bet.

Service was good here after dropping off, but this location is clearly on its way out.

Great Customer service by operator NICK. He knows exactly what you looking for, what you need and show options according to it. Must visit again. Highly recommended.
