I have rented here before and I've never had a problem. The service is prompt and courteous. The cars are immaculate. No complaints.

This is a well run office . I only rent from the Oakland Enterpise office . They go out of way to make you happy . Can't say enough about them . Tiffany and the manager who's name I forgot were wonderful !

Rented the car for a week but had to extend it for four extra days due to a health family problem. No problem extending the time but when I paid the bill I was charged a change in the rate. I called the manager and he has graciously recognized the mistake and is issuing a Credit for the difference. So for the credit has not come in so I could only rate this  experience four stars.

My experience with the staff in Oakland NJ. was they accommodated me to the fullest. The staff was very professional at all times, especially John, Natalie, and the other two as well. Forgive me I don't remember names. I had a great experience with them. Definitely will use the service again . In Oakland only

The staff at the Oakland branch are always professional, attentive, and provide superior customer service. I started renting for business, but now I also rent for personal because they are so reliable and helpful to my needs. With the great prices, good people, why would I rent anywhere else?
