Ok so my experience with this enterprise . first of all customers service not GOOD, I can not give a positive review....# 1 they were a half hour late from picking me up, they knowing I had to pick up my toddler from school...I've called 3 times and at the end I had to have my toddler to wait til I come get her ( That's enterprise for dropping the ball, good job) 2 when I got the car not a good clean job at all it still had a smell in there , 3 when it was time to bring the car back I was promised a very good deal to make everything good again, that failed still waiting for that promise manager!!! Don't want to say your name( your be a superstar if I do).my advise to any and all that wants to rent a car for one reason or another go to the other enterprise, don't go to this one.....don't waste your emotions on them...😟😟😟😟😟

Sarah was amazing!  The customer service at this location was above & beyond superior to other branches I have used in the past.  Hugely recommend the Wayne, NJ Enterprise!

Nope. I needed to rent a car since mine is being worked on. Make sure you read all the fine print. I did and I still didn't see anything on why they turned me down. I had to take a lyft to get there and they turned me down because my license has my old address on it. I even pulled up my record on the motor vehicle website to show my address was changed. The refused me without a second glance.

This office is organized and has exceptionally great service every time I go to this branch  (which is every month). They are proactive with enterprise reservations and contracts. The entire team here is happy to help customers and always make sure the customer is satisfied.
