The car was dirty when I picked it up. Then when I returned it, the front desk guy was gonna charge me for returning a dirty vehicle. This is totally unprofessional. I have rented many cars from budget in the past during corporate travels and never encountered a problem. I consider myself as a stand up guy, so I had the vehicle professionally detailed before returning. Let's just say, that was my parting gift to Budget, I will never rent from them again.  Being that I am only 1 voice, it probably won't be heard. At any rate, this is a survey and I wanted to provide honest feedback.

Staff is friendly and helpful, they answered me each and every question with smile untill i satisfied. The Manager is super polite, friendly and understanding, he listened my problem very patiently and helped me to solve it. With respectable behavior and willing to help the customer he knows how to do Business. 

They processed quickly and provided newly model car by signed few docs. I definitely recommend this location of "Budget" to my friends :).

Year after year these guys have exceeded my expectations.  Absolutely the best location of any from which I have rented.

They offer excellent service.  Professional. All of my questions were answered. I had a lot of them since I'm going to be traveling out of state, my car is being repaired so the rental needs to be a fluid situation,  and the price needed to be competitive.  The car was brand new. Only 200 miles on it. It still has the new car smell.  I'm sure they can't provide new cars to everyone,  but all the cars on the lot looked clean. The staff were extremely helpful working in tandem and assisting each other. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future! Thanks Richardson Budget Rental!
