Actually it was the first time I had ever had to use a Rental Car service and my experience was great.  They were very helpful and would totally use them again.  Highly recommend this location.

Had my car in for repairs and was taken to the nearest Enterprise location (Plano, Tx). Once there, I was told I did not have a reservation, and I would have to pay cash for a compact car. Not true, arranged with claim 6 days earlier. The staff was extremely rude. "You should have checked your policy". Left and went to the Richardson location only somewhat better. Was told Iby them I could not use another rental agency due to my insurance, NOT TRUE. So disappointed, I have used Enterprise many times before. Never again!!

Everything about my experience was positive. Friendly, hardworking people getting their jobs done quickly and professionally with smiles on their faces. I got a great weekend deal, a dependable car and super easy in and out. I will be back.

I have been to a couple different Enterprise locations in the area.  They all have been very pleasant.  I visited this location during the labor day weekend so it was pretty busy.  They employees were great! Everyone was hustling to help customers.  From the manager to the other employees, everyone was working hard and it showed.  The manager was very apologetic for the wait people were having, but not in a bad way. Then, I saw one of the agents running across the parking lot to help a customer!  She was really hustling.  Good customer service is hard to come by so I just had to let people know.  Needless to say, this is the location I will be visiting from now on.

It's not a very big location and can get pretty busy so sometimes you will need to wait but it's usually not very long. Customer service so far has been great. I had a wind noise problem with the car I returned on the last rental trip and I wanted to bring this issue up to them so they could get it fixed. Even though the they were super swamped with customers the manager, Colby,  took time to listen to me, was sincere and addressed the issue which I really appreciate. The staff I have met here has always been very nice and accommodating, keep up the good work.
