Went in and was provided a car that had some scratches. Once I brought it back was told I needed to pay for said scratches. Be sure to take photos yourself, don't trust what your representative says.

Got a nice clean and well maintained truck from Sarina, who was very sweet, professional and obliging to my girlfriend and me. She did her best to make sure my experience was a good one. The vehicle was clean, full and perfect for my needs. Not to keen on the Dodge Ram series (OK personally I hate the Dodge Ram Series with the Dial Gear-Shift)... but hey, I was in a bind, she got me the FIRST available truck as I requested. I can't blame her for doing her job... LOL 

I turned in the truck for a more economical car after my weekend retreat/camping trip. Had to go to Plano to get another car, that is a whole new and less than favorable review.
