I am very satisfied with the customer service. This location has very quick, fast and friendly staff with amazing skills and knowledge. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.Car I got was Toyota Rav4. Nothing to brag about so, no pics but it was very clean and nice. Thank you.

I would like to thank everyone at 410 N Central, they were exceptional in their professionalism, courtesy, and overall service.  I work in the Customer Service Industry, so I know what it means to give & receive great customer service. Jon, Marisa, & Kiersten, did an outstanding job.  I was going through a tough situation, with having to transition from my old car, that stopped working, to having to lease a new one without a moment to spare. The folks there made that transition seamles
s and easy. I would definitely rent there again.

Almost all staffs I met at this location are wonderful. That's why I keep coming back at this location every time I need a rental car. There is not a single thing I can complain. They seem to know their jobs, and work together as a team to make customers happy. Bravo!!

During my rental, the staff didn't have a lot to work with but they were very pleasant and professional.

Parking for after hours return is limited. Cars never have a full tank when you pick them up. Staff are great and helpful.
