I have never, EVER had such horrible customer service! The agent was actually outright mean, called me a B-word, told me 'we don't rent to people like you' then told me, no hollered after me as I was walking out to 'go to hell'. Letter sent to corporate. That woman shouldn't be anywhere near a customer service type of job, she's mean, scary, terribly rude and judgemental. If I could I'd give them a negative -5 stars

Got a luxury vehicle with unlimited miles for less than a standard with the competitors. We will be using Budget again for all of our rental needs. Thanks again!!

I have always had very positive experiences at this location! Jose is great to work with!  My cars have always been in good shape and clean plus I have had excellent customer service.

Rented many times from this location before and always had great service with the gentleman at the counter but this last time we prepaid online went in to pickup car and was told by a lady at the counter the price wasn't right and charged us a new higher rate.  Didn't want to override price for us either.  Lady @ counter was indifferent and basically said company's got to make money.  We'll be taking our business next door to the Enterprise location.

Our experience with Budget at the Blaine, MN location was GREAT!  The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.  They made picking up and dropping off our vehicle easy.
Our vehicle was the best one we rented yet.  The mileage took us from Blaine, MN to Mansfield, OH with only one stop for gas in between.  
I have rented vehicles from this location for over 5 years.  
If you are going to rent a vehicle, you should rent from this location.  You will not be disappointed.
