Waited for them to pick me up for almost 15 minutes and they did not show until after I left.  I needed to get to work so waiting for them was not an option.  They said it was morning and the traffic was bad, not an excuse, leave earlier then.  Not happy and would never use them for a rental car.

40 minutes late, rude and unprofessional.
They lied to my face saying they talked to me when they never did!
Do not use them unless you like to be treated rudely

Last month I went in to the Coon Rapids location as I have several times in the past to order a rental for the following week and dealt directly with the manager. I was told I would get a premium car as usual I requested a Dodge Charger but I was told they were pulled from the fleet(I still see they are sold on the website) I was told I would get a Nissan Maxima or Chevy Impala. I arrived to the location and was told the only car available was a full size haundai sonata. I had to settle for it despite being very unhappy about it I was still charged the same rate with no explanation given.
After my last rental was messed up I reluctantly decided to try to get another car from the location again, I only use Hertz due to my corporate discount, this time I was unable to order it online saying no premium or luxury vehicles available, I then called the location, talked to Aaron. He says they are no cars available for the dates I needed and tells me to try the airport location (35 miles away) He then gives me a few excuses about spring break and they are busy and then let's me go without even trying to get me into any other vehicle. The next day I go to the location and I am told by the manager, again, there's nothing available due to spring break. ??? That was weeks ago in this area! He played around on the computer for a few minutes and told me there were no premium or luxury vehicles available at least through the 4th of July, then he corrected and said end of summer. What the hell is going on at Hertz??? No vehicles available for months! Are you going out of business soon?? Yes you are!!! I left very disappointed as I'm sure many others have and went to the Enterprise rental a few miles away where I was treated great and they even beat my discounted rate by 10%! I will no longer be giving Hertz any of my business
