Had one of the worst experiences in service at this location, the staff needs proper training. Went on to Enterprise, there is a mountain of difference in customer service quality.

I would like to warn everyone not to rent a car here they will  rob you blind they will keep charging your card every day different prices without your consent or knowledge

The budget location on 96th is convenient and easily accessible, staff is friendly.  Budget cars are larger/better than those I have rented of the same class at Hertz.  Came back to Budget because of the cars offered, like the Ford Focus for size, comfort and gas mileage.  Would recommend this location.
