Had rentals available when most didn't, I assume I got lucky. Great service. Felt like their vehicles were a bit overpriced.

FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU, FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME
Why do they advertise car rental but never have a car????  Why do they try to make it seem like your fault because you don't want an SUV or a compact when you reserved a full size car?  Or aren't willing to wait for a day to see if a car MIGHT come in?  Seriously, isn't their business to rent vehicles?  So why don't they ever have what they offer online????
Frustrated (again) but there won't be a third time!

Staff very friendly and helpful. New branch and they're getting through the difficulties of being established and experienced but going upward.
