You need a credit card to get the car. At other locations, its fine with just a debit card. Also, the location sucks. It is impossible to find. You must ask directions. Parking is $14. I am so glad I didn't do that.

Kristin Ramsey has a bad attitude and exerts her managerial power in a way that does not serve the client. She made racist remarks and stated I wanted a handout. She definitely needs a professional ethics class. She got upset because something was wrong with an enterprise car and I wanted to switch it for another car. She did not want to honor my upgrade which was already given to me by another enterprise. My grandmother died the night before and I was trying to get home. Kristin brought me a car without a trunk. I explained that I didn't have anywhere to put my luggage. She was angry and looked hungry. This is how people treat others when they have been bullied in the past. Kristin don't blame your past on others. This is not the way to treat Enterprise customers. Jenn had a great attitude and finished the transaction with no problems.

I rented a Ford Fusion a few days ago and I loved it. The one thing I did not like is that I had to wait in the parking garage line for a little while before somebody asked me if I had registered and paid for my car yet. Then I had to walk all the way across the street across traffic to pay for it inside the actual airport. It's not as bad when you're prepared for it; as a first time buyer I wasn't. I feel like there should be a sign or something on the door that says please register and pay for your vehicle inside airport prior to coming into this line. Other than that a great experience. The one thing that stood out was that the worker gave me 3 choices instead of just assigning me a car; maybe not that rare or special but I appreciated it. The one thing I wish enterprise will consider is possibly looking at driving records or something because I have a perfect driving record but I'm only 22 and got charged an extra $48 young drivers fee. I know must rental places do that but It would've been much more pleasant if they could've waived that or even just start out as a hold like they put other deposits on your card and then be reimbursed it when you bring the car back with no accidents! That would be nice. Even I would've have been more motivated to rent more days if that was something they did!

Wish I had no star option. Called ahead several days to make sure someone would be there as i had a latefight. No problem we make sure someone stays even if delayed. My flight as delayed. I called for 1/2 hour no answer to let them know. I get to Indy airport no one their. Kiosk down. Customer service sorry they went home. My family and I stranded. Thankfully HERTZ and AVIS waited for late arrivals. HERTZ was amazing got a car at a better rate and out. Called direct next morning for a 1/2 hour no answer. Customer service said they would contact the branch and they would call me. 3 days later and still no call. HOORIBE take your business elsewhere.

Alexis and her manager were super helpful getting me into a car that would fit my needs after two previously disappointing trips to other branches in the same number of days. I was about to give up on enterprise but they really turned the experience around. Everyone was nice, helpful and understanding. Awesome job!
