I'm not very satisfied with the answers to the wife about the return of the deposit. My wife was told 24 hours return of the deposit.  Here it is Monday at 8 p.m. and we returned the car on Thursday night after closing.  We should have had the deposit returned by now. Also in the past i was not charge for the retell until it was returned.  You can take the money out of my account same day why can't you return with in that time frame.  Plus they decided to wash the damn car on one of the coldest winter days we had. Not fun with frozen doors.

They were really nice and had us in the road within 30 after arriving, and drop off went w/o any problems, they answered all our questions in a nice professional matter. Highly Recommend

The car was great, clean and reliable... but we did have issues with our reservation and them not having any cars on the lot to rent, we also had to take the car to change the oil ourselves in the only car they had ready.. and upon returning the car no one was in the office and we nearly had to pay a late fee due to no employees being at the store for an hour and a half right before close... overall, it was not a terrible experience and Quay, was as helpful as he could be but management at this location has many issues to iron out in my opinion...

I don't understand,it's simple 
There's a app create so its easier for local representatives but even so
They seem to not be able or keepable for tbe job,honesty is all im looking for if you dont have a car just say so and i can move on.
Ariel from lebanon,in  everyday is a learning experience you have to put your self outhere to be better in life.
I will not tolerate lies and sarcasm on my own clock I'm willing to pay especially when theres a Emergency 
But this place performance is the worst 
And for that thank you but no thank you. 
Hopefully you people can get this company better someday.
