Extremely friendly and helpful staff! I rented a car for 10 days and the whole experience was simple and hassle free! Although the online rental is quick and easy to use, I recommend calling instead of renting online. In talking to a representative I was able to save an extra $80 in addition to the money I was already saving by using Budget Rental over other companies. At such a great price I half expected to get what I paid for but boy was I wrong! The Car that they gave me was a Ford Fusion in nearly perfect condition with some awesome features. Excellent Customer Service is clearly valued at Budget Rental and that is why I will be sticking with them in my future travels!

Don't rent from this place, it's a  Budget franchise run by a slim bucket type of owner.  Every time I travel, I don't use my own car but rent and I've rented  most of the time from the airport which run by all the rental car corporate and this one time I've rented the car from this place to save on airport tax . Got a flat on our trip, call the 800 number from Budget, waited almost one hour for someone to come over to put the spare tire on and told us to drive to the gas station 200 yards way to get a flat fix but make sure to call Budget to get approval. Well, it's a holiday and could not reach Budget but got to get the flat fix. So, we got the flat fix at $30 or so. The owner at this place refuse to pay for the fix so we were not happy. Three months later he sent a letter saying we have to pay $85 for the spare tire change. What a joke!  We had tripple AAA and could have had the tire change free. The gas station were 200 yards away and we could have had that flat fix without the tire change. NOBODY at Budget told us the tire change is at cost to us. So, we call corporate Budget and they gracefully drop both charges. DON'T RENT FROM THIS SLIME BUCKET and always rent from corporate own car rental.
