Off work at 5 got to rental at 6:05 heavy traffic. All workers at orang location seen me walking up to door through window. They turned around acted like the didn't see me at door. I knocked said I got dropped off and had reservations. Girl said we closed at 6 sorry you have to come back tomorrow.  Sat inside lobby for another 45min waiting for a ride to pick me up. Next day come back. Told supervisor my bad experience.  She told me they work 10hr days and they want to go home right at 6. So frustrated she didn't even care. I also worked a 10hr day and I still put customers 1st despite wanting to end my day. Bad CS.

Great service. I was picked up quickly and was given an excellent car that perfectly met my needs while my usual car was in the shop. I called during my rental with one question and got an immediate answer. Love this place would definitely use them again.

Very attentive and responsive! Got picked up on time. The car was ready. When dropping the car off they were quick to finalize the paperwork and drove me home.

The Enterprise I rented from is where I have rented from at least 10 plus times.  This past Friday, I walk in to pick up my rental and there is all new staff.  I don't see anyone from my previous visits.  They could not find my name anywhere in their system after 10 rentals, really? I did not want to argue after several attempts to locate my account.  2ndly, the staff is very "blank faced", no one was warm and welcoming.  Everyone was busy doing their own thing and they weren't even warm to each other.  Staff is very cold and did not seem like they really wanted to be there.  The gentleman who showed me to my car was a little more pleasant but just walking into that office, the atmosphere is intense.  Thinking twice about going back there.

I have been with enterprise for as long as I can remember and throughout that time, I can only remember one problem with a rental that was not resolved. I ill continue to be a client of Enterprise because more often than not, I continue to be pleased with their product and customer value.
