I was recently involved in a minor hit and run accident (my car hit while parked), and I had to run the repairs through insurance. My company set me up with a reservation for a car at my nearest Enterprise. Upon my arrival there in the morning the salesmen were barely approachable, kind of dismissive, and didn't have a car that fit my insurance limit. They had more expensive cars, but we're trying to get me to pay for the upgrade, or go to another location. They called several, none of whom had appropriate cars so they continued to stall and tell me there was nothing they could do for about a half an hour. I called my insurance, who called Hertz, and they were immediately on top of it. They secured me a car, got me a ride to their location, and had me on my way with a great car all in a matter of about a half an hour. Also with great customer service!! Enterprise FINALLY offered me a comped upgrade after hyming and hawing for that initial half hour and after Hertz had already made arrangements for me. Frustrating experience when already dealing with the stress of an accident, insurance claims, deductible costs, arranging a ride to the rental location. Unimpressed with the customer service I was offered. Highly unlikely to rent through this company again in the future, especially this location.

I really enjoy the weekend special, since I do not own a car anymore.  I m a senior and lump all my errands to when I rent the car from Enterprise.  The customer service is very good.

The staff went above and beyond for me. I will be a lifetime customer. The staff was very personable, compassionate and professional. Awesome customer service!
