Less than one star ! Returned rental at 6P Friday night (closing time for office). Discovered  my toll roads transponder missing upon returning home . Left voicemail on their recorder at 645P Friday night alerting their office staff to missing transponder left on dash of rental vehicle so they would be sure to check prior to release. Called Saturday morning at 9A when they open per their web site .. Informed vehicle already rented one half hour before they opened !! cute !! Results: no contact with new leases, no return of my transponder,  NO clean out of vehicle prior to re-lease.   Sorry charlie, its not our responsibility to look after things you leave in the rental. True but poor customer service. AVIOD  this branch it at all possible,

I always go to Enterprise for my car rentals. I like how I am treated, and good customer service.
Gave me a nice car and even though the office was busy; They got me in & out in reasonable amount of time.

I very much enjoy the folks at your Tustin Auto Ctr location and your 2 Orange, CA locations.  They are all professional people.  

However your new company view where the NRA is concerned bothers me and my husband.  We are both NRA members, both have been in the US Navy for over 26 years, and both know how to use weapons responsibly.  Let me just say this: Guns don't kill people - people kill people. Support the Constitution our ForeFather's designed when our Great Country was born.  Very Respectfully, Gayle Merino.

Experience was excellent in every way.  Smooth operation, helpful staff members, prompt service, high quality vehicle.  Repeat customer and will continue to use Enterprise is the future.

Ryan was amazing! I was having a rough day and a bad experience with my insurance company and he handled me with so much kindness and professionalism that I was in a much better mood when I left! What a memorable experience. He truly made me feel valued and appreciated. I will definitely come back here to rent another vehicle.
