After Hertz and Enterprise both accepted my reservation but failed to provide a vehicle, Budget came through! Special thanks to Mona at the VPS airport location for the 5 star customer service.

This company went out of the way to help my wife who was coming in to see her father who was dying in the hospital in Crestview. They stayed late because her plane was delayed, and made life easier when she hit a dog in the road with the rental car. They went above and beyond to help my grieving wife. It's good to see this kind of customer service alive and well in today's world.

First off, the people who tend to the cars are extremely honest and trustworthy. I left important and personal items in the car that my dad rented, it was immediately turned into the front desk and we were notified not long at all after we turned the car in. Also, every encounter we have had with people at the front desk have been extremely helpful and friendly. Also, budget has the best prices and better cars compared to its other competitors!

I was involved in an accident (not my fault) with a Budget rental car. Imagine being 350 miles from home, your car undriveable on an interstate highway in a rural area; wife and daughter with you and scared and all luggage in the trunk. I had visions of the car being towed to a police lot and me and my family trying to get a taxi to a nearby hotel. I didn't know what to do about all our luggage. This was about 5:00 PM on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I called the Budget assistance line. Their handling of the emergency was truly above and beyond. They arranged for a tow vehicle to take the damaged vehicle, and the three of us to the nearest Budget location. Once there, the Budget personnel acted quickly and professionally to issue me another vehicle and assisted me in transferring our luggage to the new vehicle. We were on our way in a very short time. My family is lucky to have had Budget and will be eternally grateful for the outstanding assistance given to us.

Give yourself extra time, you must walk back inside the terminal and wait in line when dropping the vehicle off.
