The pleasant and professional greeting from the Assistant Branch Manager; Cheyenne Hoke was definitely welcome after a long flight!  It was a very quick and efficient process to get into the rental which met all expectations.  Will definitely use them again!

We were running late to pick up our car and we called ahead before our pick up time and told them we would be there as soon as we could. We waited for an hour for a car. When we called and told them we were late they said it wouldn't be a problem. They told us Monday was their busiest day, but there was only two people working. Way under staffed and slow. They were friendly, but way too slow.
