Great service.  I rent from here about six times per year and they always go out of their way to take good care of me and provide me with a more than acceptable car.  I had to drive to Huntsville last week to attend a funeral and Victoria hooked me up with a great car at a good price.  Theodore Sumrall

I needed a vehicle at the last minute to go down South for my granddaughters birth. They were closing in 10 minutes but Kristin had us in and out in 5! She was SO helpful and sweet! Jordan was amazing as was the entire staff! We called to let them know we would be returning a little late and they were very accommodating! I will definitely make Enterprise my #1 choice and would recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you again Enterprise!!!! Super classy and professional!!😊💪❤

The return process was very easy and friendly.  I had a short notice return due to my vehicle being repaired ahead of schedule and it went very smooth!
If you need a rental and want a great experience then the Enterprise on Eglin Pkwy  are the people to deal with! 5 stars across the board!

The staff is awesome great customer service. I love the interaction of the staff and they show respect for each other. I have never been disappointed. I own a BMW but if my car is being serviced or if I just need a car for distance travel to avoid extra miles on my car. They always have a vehicle to meet my needs.

Enterprise does not check the undercarriage of their cars during their "walk around" inspection.  The plastic undercarriage fell out of the car as my wife was on the road; upon inspection there was duct tape holding the plastic undercarriage together as if a previous customer did damage to the car and did not report it.  They are trying to charge our insurance for damage we are not responsible for and did not do.  Worst of all, my wife used this car to transport our kids... they gave us an unsafe car to transport our family in.  This company places their profit over the safety of their customers.

EDIT: After pushing the issue higher up the chain, Enterprise made things right.  However, to avoid this issue yourself, please check the undercarriage of your car as we were told it is not part of their inspection process.
