Easy and fast rental.. Best rental I've done in years.. I was literally inside for 10 minutes and then had my rental... Tina  you're awesome! Will definitely be coming back!

Worst place ever! Brought the car back full. They charged me for gas. Miserable manager lady did nothing to help. I hate this place and I'll never use Avis or Budget again!

Worst experience ever. We wont use this company again, only having to follow through with our reservation because we did not have time to make a new reservation else where. First reservation was done over the phone to pick up at the airport. After arriving at the airport they couldnt find our  reservation three phone calls later they put in a reservation we go to pay and they are planning to charge us almost twice the quoted amount ..saying its due to taxes. To solve the rate problem they made a new reservation with a different location. We are both missing work to pick up this vechicle we are being charged extra for a larger vechicle because the manager Tina Newton said we had no reservation so we would have to wait until 9 or pay a higher rate for what they had on hand. No apoloigie for the mutiple problems with the reservation or any type of resolution offered to us. No customer service or responsibility taken for the inconvenience they caused. I will be contacting corporate later on to push my complaint further.
