My mother needed to rent a vehicle today. Because of hail storm last night we were having a hard time finding any. We came to Enterprise In Rockwall and they were wonderful. I give Nikki, the sweet lady who helped us, 5 stars herself!! She was so nice and helped my mother out with a smile. Even though they were extremely busy and many of the people coming in weren't being nice to them.  I recommend them to anyone!!

Rented a "truck", got a Dodge 1500 Quad Cab. Never had one before. Rode smooth, plenty of power, great ride! Service was quick and easy.

The staff was excellent.  Needed vehicle 911 for funeral they got me in and out quickly.  Then on return date ran into issues and they had no problems and gave me ride home. Great job to the staff.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! made reseversations when I got to the place thy had no cars available then why the hell make reservations and the reservation people telling me there were cars available,, I call and asked is there s car available they said yes ,,,get it together Enterprise bad customer service....

We decided to rent a car and through an online travel company, of all the car rental companies in our area, Enterprise of Rockwall had better rates than the Enterprise of Greenville nearest to me. The place was super busy, but they kept checking on me and eventually were able to process my reservation. I wanted to use my debit card, and they said that I would have to go to Greenville and lose my incredible deal, they had to have a credit card...then the assistant manager came in and said he would make an exception because the website made no mention of this issue. THEN, they are short on cars because DFW got hit by hail and all area Enterprise locations were swamped, and I ended up with an upgrade at no extra fee! These people, despite the chaos of dealing with the recent flood of business, the stress of upset customers being referred to them when they were turned away elsewhere, not only did their job with a smile, but they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend using them for rental services.
