Been waiting for over an hour for a car.... I called and set this up a week ago.. and called to confirm this morning. And they aren't friendly.

Worst company ever!!! Left me stranded with no car for two hours!!! I had called 2 weeks, if not longer, to make sure I had a car waiting game hen I dropped of my civic at the body shop. When I called, which I did three times, they said it would only be 5 more minutes. 2 hours later the receptionist at service king had a mechanic drive me to a different hertz location located in  mesquite and called to set up the new rental for me. Why am I going to call Rockwall hertz 2+ weeks in advance to set up a rental if your just gonna lie about its arrival time when it should have been Waiting when I arrived. Ridiculous hertz Rockwall!!!! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! incompetent, inadequate, lazy, and liars!!!! 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Could not manage a pick-up, over one hour late. Got call from driver who went to Greenville instead of Garland. Really. These folks can't find their butt with both hands. Hertz is the worst.

I called ahead to make sure my car was ready and it was. But when I got there I had to wait 30 mins for them to clean and wash it (even though I called ahead).  Rates were really good. The car was arranged through my insurance company and they worked really well with them. Staff is kind and courteous! I dropped off my car and the next day I remembered I left an item in there. I called them up and they were more than willing to go search in the car for me!  They went above and beyond.
