Very friendly environment. All the sale associates are very nice and respectful. Always had a great service here. I purchased a car about two years ago and my sales associate was Alan, he took good care of me and I was 100% satisfied with the purchase. He informed me of all the details that I need to know about the car and everything. Definitely recommend everyone to come purchase your next car from here.

Third time in the service shop for same repair service. They don’t give ride nor loaner car even though the issue is not fixed. Good at ripping people off and explanation I got “we can not guarrentee for any repair”. The issue may come back. “ when I pay a professional to fix an issue I expect them to own it and resolve it. Latest: Took my car to Toyota of Richardson, they fixed it for $300 instead of $1100 Toyota of Rockwell charged (but didn’t fix :/).

They need to work on their communication and to treat people equally. We sat there for over 2 hours without anybody talking to us. And the worst part is that the guy that was making us sign the final documents worked pass us at least 10 times without saying anything. We were next in line, but he kept working pass us to go get other people, maybe they were more important than us or the guy was just being racist. When he finally call us his attitude towards us was terrible. He talked to me as if I wasn't going to be able to afford the down payment. Dude! I chose a high down payment because I have that amount. This wasn't my first time buying a car and I know the down payment can be made with card, but the guy told me with assurance that he couldn't accept the card payment. Why? Because he didn't feel like getting up of his chair, step out of his office for us, after he has done it at least 10 times while we were waiting. He finally accepted the card payment after talking to his manager according to him. This guy needs to work in a factory, on a line manufacturing cars, and not be involved in any selling process of cars.

Worst Toyota Dealership EVER!!!! I just purchased my 4th Toyota from Toyota of Rockwall. To begin with, they had My Husband’s last name wrong on all of the paperwork, including the contract. We told them at the time of signing and instead of reprinting the paperwork he told us that it was fine and that he had changed it on the computer, WRONG! We have had the worst time trying to change it with Toyota Credit. In trying to have My Husband’s name corrected with Toyota Credit we were informed that our trade in had not been paid off and that another payment needed to be made. That put me making the second payment on the vehicle after I had released it to Toyota of Rockwall. Had it not been for me calling for the name correction I would never have known and been delinquent. We finally received the reimbursement check with AGAIN My Husband’s name was incorrect. We called and left messages multiple times to try and have the name corrected so that we could deposit the check but no one returned our calls. Not until I threatened to raise hell on the showroom floor did we finally get someone to take care of it. I went the next day to exchange checks and happen to see what appeared to be a failed attempt at our address on the new envelope. Luckily we live in a very small town and the post office knows everyone by name. The lady at the front desk said that she would make sure that it was taken care of. I recently went in to have my tires rotated and on the receipt, you guessed it, they still have the wrong address down for us. At the time of the tire rotation, I also let them know that I have a small window in the back that was not tented, they have yet to fix that one. Now I have 6,777 miles on my car and there is a nail in my tire. Do they try and fix it? NO, they want to sell me another tire! I have never heard of buying a $36k car that did not come with road hazard! I purchased a Tundra from Toyota of Paris and got a chip in my windshield 6 months after I purchased it and they had it fixed for free. REALLY?

Good sales staff and prompt communication. Also pricing it proper and honest people. Service department is a different story. Will find loop hole to not to honor warranty. Another dealer immediately found the issue which is covered in comprehensive warranty, but can be only fixed by the dealer from where you bought it and unfortunately it was Toyota of Rockwall. I still have free 2 years of maintenance, but WILL NEVER go back there. How can you trust a service department which can't even honor a simple seat issue. Even Toyota agreed for the issue.
