I don't know about some of the negative reviews on here because this is the best car rental company always friendly and patient no matter the circumstances. They try to help everyone out even when it's not there fault that they are sold out. They always strive to make every single customer walk out happy. Would recommend to anyone. Friendly staff

Hired a mustang convertible. got stuck with a Beetle Convertible. had already plans to go to the key west in a convertible and since I had already paid. i couldn't do anything.

The system is flawed. they should refund or offer discount but they do not. Just minting money at tourist's expense.

the lady at the desk was friendly and sweet. But one doesn't pay 140$ for a beetle.

As you can see in my pic got the Corvette it was very nice and very fun loved it budget Car Rental help make this one of my best vacations ever.

Ordered a mustang or similar was offered a vw beetle soft top the guy behind the desk said it was similar, after l let's say protested l got some sort of an apology and he said he was embarrassed. We eventually got a jeep and had to pay extra for the privilege. When I got back from holiday I complained and was reimbursed with a little extra from car rentals. com. I have never been downgraded by a car rental place in my life and would never use budget car rental again. So think twice about using budget car rentals in south beach miami.
