Absolutely horrendous experience here.  Do yourself a favor and rent from Sixt Rent a Car down the street, even if it is more expensive.

I called a week ahead of time to book my Luxury SUV, and I was assured that it would be there for my one-day rental - so I went ahead and paid upon booking, rather than waiting to pay at the counter (it was a reduced rate to pay ahead).

I received a call the night before my rental from Darlene stating that my car would not be available and that I would have to use the van that they had on site.  I asked for a reduced rate, and she laughed at me.

I arrived at the office at 8 AM (when they open).  Nobody showed until 8:20 AM.  At this point, I was so fed up that I just needed a vehicle to transport myself and 5 other passengers.  We left with the van, only to find out a couple miles away that there were melted crayons, an old sandwich from days prior, etc. sitting in the back seat.

Upon return, I didn't bother negotiating some type of rebate because I was still fed up and didn't have time.  

A week later, I spoke with Camila - the manager of the site.  She asked if she could refund me half of my reservation amount in order to "make me a happy customer."  I told her no, so she informed me that she would speak with some of her "higher ups" to see what she could do.  She called back later that day to let me know that not only could she not get me anything more, she couldn't even refund me anything because I "prepaid" and "they can't do anything with refunds when a customer prepays."  Her consolation to me was that I will get one free day of rental for my next visit to South Beach - ha!

Do yourself a favor - avoid this place and whatever you do, NEVER prepay an Enterprise reservation.

Had a great experience renting a boxter. They accepted my CA temporary DL, while sixt didn’t. Will rent with enterprise next time again. The stuff was nice, too.

The best rental car option I found in Miami considering price, car range and service. Cars were clean at pickup and the office was conveniently located in a not too busy part of Miami Beach. Mostly friendly staff, except for morning hours.

I work in south beach a hotel ( Lord Balfour ) called this enterprise and they promised my guest a car we had a confirmation #, we arrive to the place and they asked us to wait 30 mins that they would have a car for her, next thing you know the guest waits 2 hours and never received the car although she was promised one, TERRIBLE SERVICE, I highly recommend for you not to use this piece of crap enterprise is truly garbage.

Good car, good service, only thing I didn't like was that internet reservations showed an estimated price, but then with insurance an everything they charged me almost double
