We booked a car here this summer and it took us a two hours wait (even though we had booked several weeks before online)to get the car. They are understaffed, however, the staff were nice and tried their best. Our surprise came when we got the toll invoice, after returning home, 15$ dollars administrative fee for a 4$ toll. After complaining, they just refer to their conditions. We declined the toll coverage because the woman at the desk recommended us to, but with her fast explanations (there were lots of people waiting) it wasn't  easy to avoid tolls to leave the city. And then, a month after that, we got another toll invoice, 15$ administrative fee again for another 2$ toll,  at the same time and place as the other tolls...

Excellent experience apart from long wait time before being served in the office and poor directions on where to return the car. Apart from that everything was excellent!

Got a car for 2 days for a trip to key-west. Micky was the lady we delt with and she could not have been more helpful. Took her time explaining the renting agreement in great details, showed us where / where not to go / drive and even personnaly came to the car when we could not ge the the GPS to work properly.
Highly recommend this branch and recommend dealing with Micky even more.
