The place looks rough and old, but truck and van rental was terrific!  Would DEFINITELY use them again.

They have some policies I don't completely agree with but the staff was friendly, and we immediately picked up out truck and were on our way. We were charged a fair price and truck drop off was quick as well as easy.

I placed an order online.  They did have a truck once I got there.  2 miles down the road it broke down.  They didn't pick up the phone so I could make them aware.  I had to have someone physically go there to get instruction.  They told me to call roadside assistance.  No apologies, no help just "you're on your own."  Once we got back to get another truck I was informed that I would be responsible for the gas used in the broken Budget rental.  I assume the lady behind the counter  is an owner judging by the way she spoke to me.  This company is rude, uncaring and not responsible or reliable.  I would most definitely seek another company for any services offered here.
