I went to the Martinsburg location this week to get an alignment done. Was then told that all of my ball joints had play in them and that the alignment would not hold. Which would've been true if then all joints had play in them. This was quoted as close to a thousand dollar job again understandable. However I got a second opinion and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my ball joints and the alignment went just fine and held. Just looks sketchy to me. Not very happy with my experience.

I've always had good experiences and they've been fair and reasonable with repair estimates.

These guys are great. They take pride in providing excellent customer service and they have a comfortable waiting room. Competitive prices on tires and basic maintenance and quick to work you in for an appointment.

This is a great place for tires and service. They answer any questions you may have by email and are very polite when talking to them in person. They have all the modern equipment including a Road Force Tire and Wheel Balancer. Best place to go in Martinsburg!

Very professional staff. Tim was awesome with helping me out with my vehicle repairs the same day I went. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here to have it looked at for ANYTHING.
