I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care about you and your vehicle, its like bringing it to family. They are more concerned that you have a safe vehicle to drive then about nickel and diming you to death. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else if I can help it. I drive almost 1,000 miles to have them work on my vehicle. I live in Florida now and schedule my auto repairs around visits to my family up here. I usually don't have an appointment but they still manage to fit me into their busy schedule. These guys are the only mechanics that I completely trust. if you live in the area you would be a fool not to bring your vehicle here. Do yourself, your car, your bank account, and your piece of mind a favor and go to Charlie's Auto Repair Center!

I am a long-time customer of Charlie's and highly recommend them. They care for your vehicle like it is their own, are reasonably priced, and do great work. They are honest and trustworthy, and they don't repair things that aren't broken, which I've come to really appreciate after having been cheated by dishonest shops in the area before coming here.

I really wanted to rate this place better, but I can not. 1. I feel owner lead me astray on returning many many times to discuss business and him never committing. .next I tried to have a newly purchased car inspected and was told the tires were bad and needed new brake pads after I waited for over an hour to get It inspected on my 2nd trip back.  
Word of advice, I told the owner many times to please not lead me astray. It would of been much better business to decline my business offer, on the first, second, or sixth trip that you set appointments with me to come back. Sitting at your business day after day wash It the way I wanted to spend my working day either. When I ask you to hu st say no and send me on my way you could if done so. Very disappointing.

Was given an outragous estimate of $900 for struts and upper and lower control arm bushing.  They over estimated because they dont have expierence machanis to do work Took car to someone else and only need struts NO upper and lower front bushings needed They were in good shape . Total charge from the machinac which has been in business for 30 year was $200 Charlie was not honest. If he couldent do the work he should of said so and shouldent give an outragous price To me this is dishonest. Should if admit he dont do that type work
